Mediation Fee Schedule

Full day mediation fees are $1,500.00 per party. Mediations that go beyond 6:30 p.m. are invoiced an additional $400.00 per hour, divided evenly between the parties. Fees include all preparation time, pre-mediation conferences, lunch for all participants, and expenses.

Mediations ordinarily convene at 9:30 a.m.. Arrangements for off-site locations are gladly accommodated. There may be an additional charge for travel time and all travel considerations.

Half day mediation fees are $950.00 per party. Additional time is invoiced at $400 per hour. Half day mediations are normally from 9:00  a.m. until 1:00 p.m., or 1:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Note: in complex cases, where a substantial amount of preparation time is essential, additional fees may be proposed.

All parties represented by one lawyer or firm are one "party" for purposes of the mediation fee.

Arbitration Fee Schedule (On a panel or as a single arbitrator)

$3,600 for each reserved hearing day.

Fee normally includes incidental pre-hearing conferences and preparation, as well as review and preparation of the award. Additional time may be invoiced at a rate of $400 per hour.

Payment of all fees is due 30 days in advance of the initial hearing date and is a condition of holding the dates. There is a sliding scale cancellation penalty, depending upon the timing of the notice given.
